Privacy Policy

BabyGrow (published on app stores as “Baby Grow Assistant”)
Effective date: July 13, 2026

BabyGrow (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a baby-care tracking app for parents and caregivers, developed by Mirjalol Qudratov. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

1Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address, a display name, and a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never store your password in readable form).
  • Child profile information you enter: the child’s name, date of birth, optional sex, and an optional profile photo.
  • Care and development records you enter: feedings, sleep, diaper changes, weight and height measurements, vaccines, milestones, and “firsts” moments.
  • Photos you upload: pictures you attach to profiles or moments are transferred over an encrypted connection, compressed, and stored on our servers.
  • Subscription information: if you purchase a premium subscription, the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive subscription status, product identifiers, and anonymized transaction identifiers via our subscription-management provider (RevenueCat). We never see or store your payment card details.
  • Technical logs: our servers keep short-lived request logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and debugging.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and it contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.

2How we use information

  • To provide the service: syncing your family’s records across devices and showing growth charts, timelines, and reminders.
  • To manage authentication and keep your account secure.
  • To activate premium features you have purchased.
  • To respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3Children’s privacy

BabyGrow is designed for and directed at adults (parents and caregivers). Children are not permitted to create accounts, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about children (such as a child’s name, birthday, measurements, and photos) is entered voluntarily by their parent or legal guardian, is used solely to provide the tracking features described above, is never used for advertising or profiling, and can be deleted by the parent at any time (see “Data retention and deletion”).

4Sharing

We share data only with the service providers required to run the app:

  • Railway — cloud hosting for our servers and database.
  • RevenueCat — subscription status management.
  • Google Play / Apple App Store — payment processing for subscriptions.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual records (children, photos, log entries) in the app at any time; deleting a child profile removes that child’s records.

To delete your account and all associated data, email khudratovm@gmail.com from the email address your account is registered with, with the subject “BabyGrow account deletion”. We will permanently delete your account, your family’s child profiles, records, and photos within 30 days and confirm by email. Subscription billing is managed by Google Play / the App Store and should be cancelled there.

6Security

All traffic between the app and our servers uses TLS (HTTPS) encryption. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access to production systems is restricted.

7International transfers

Our servers are hosted on cloud infrastructure that may be located outside your country. Wherever data is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.

8Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (such as the GDPR).

9Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
